All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes.

* Members are required to submit their registration code sent by International Mycorrhiza Society via email, during the registration process. 

***If you haven’t received or not sure what the registration code is, please email Ms. İlayda Damar, idamar@kenes.com with your membership proof.

* Students are required to submit their Student ID during the registration process.

* Low-income country discount is available for delegates from low-income economies as listed by The World Bank. 

* Conference secretariat has the right to change the registration type if the delegate is not from a low-income economy country.

The registration fee for all the registration categories of the Conference includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to the posters’ area
• Access to the exhibition area
• Conference materials (Name badge, final program book, etc…)
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee breaks & lunches as per the conference program
• Welcome Reception

Letter of Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline May 06, 2024, to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50,00.-GBP deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after May 07, 2024, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Conference Organising Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Ilayda Damar (idamar@kenes.com)

Payment Terms

The official currency of the Conference is GBP.
Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card.

We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.

Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard or Amex may use their credit cards for the charge of all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. 

Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
